NITIN PRAKASH
Nitin holds experience of almost (09) nine years in litigation. Nitin Prakash has been associated with MB ASSOCIATES since the year 2018 and is now a Senior Associate at MB Associates. He has several years of experience practicing as an advocate before Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District and Sessions Courts, Consumer Commissions, RERA, REAT, Labour Courts and various quasi-judicial authorities and Tribunals.
Nitin has drafted various petitions including Writ Petitions, Revision Petitions, Appeals, Bail Applications, miscellaneous applications in different forums and Courts of Delhi Jurisdiction.
Nitin has been handling various matters majorly involving proceedings pertaining to but not limited to the Civil laws, Criminal laws, Consumer laws, Medical Laws, family laws, Labour Laws, Revenue Matters, Service laws, Insurance Laws, Arbitration Laws, Mediation Matters, MACT matters, Commercial matters and Real Estate Matters including RERA Registrations.
Nitin is also handling some of the firm’s matters independently and has also cross-examined witnesses and argued the cases. Nitin has successfully got bail in many cases and the firm’s clients were acquitted.
He is also handling the firm’s out-of-state cases pending in various states including Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan.
